Since the age of 11, I have loved working with websites and technology. Over the past 16 years, I have improved my skills and expertise.

I worked for several web hosting companies as 1st Line Technical Support. My job entailed responding to customers tickets and emails. This included fixing their websites, removing malicious code from their WordPress installations and much more.
